 This carving describes about tripping Ramayana and Shinta

Shinta was interested by deer, so she asked Rama for hunting it

but the deer actually was incarnation of Rahwana's follower 

  Rahwana became a beggar, Rahwana kidnapped Shinta and was helped by Jatayu
